Education course for “Academia de Lideres”. The Foundation for Puerto Rico Innovation Center Leaders Academy offers an innovative program of online and in-person courses aimed at strengthening the skills of the following eligible groups:

• Community leaders

• Business owners

• Government employees

• Leaders of non-governmental organizations

I was the one responsible for the user experience course. This course is designed so that the aforementioned populations can apply user experiences in both digital products or services and physical spaces.

The majority of community leaders or business owners in Puerto Rico do not know how user experiences can benefit them in the creation of their products and services. In addition to the lack of educational spaces with this educational offer in the curriculum. Therefore we want to make knowledge freely available.

Instructional design of the complete curriculum, educational material and presentation in 6 instructional videos that create a curso for 6 weeks in total.
