Find It
About the Project
Find It reached out to elevate the user experience by optimizing lead acquisition funnels through intuitive, user-centered design. Find it is a real estate platform specializing in helping people find properties for sale or rent in Puerto Rico. The goal is to transform the process of buying or selling a home through innovative technology and a user-centered approach. Beyond simply connecting buyers and sellers, the platform offers advanced tools for real estate professionals to grow their business and strengthen their market presence.

The Problem and My Role
At the time, the existing funnel had a significant drop-off rate. Many users weren’t completing it, which impacted both lead generation and conversion rates. My role focused on redesigning the user experience with a clear goal: improving conversion and optimizing the content to align with business objectives.
The Process
The work spanned both mobile and desktop versions of the platform. One major issue identified was the lack of visual elements that encouraged users to actually read and engage with the content. To solve this, I introduced strategic icons to help users scan information quickly and get a sense of the answers without having to read everything in detail. This enhanced cognitive processing and helped users make faster decisions.
Also, there was a restructuring of the questions using a one-question-per-screen format, reducing cognitive load and making it easier for users to absorb and process information. At the same time, I focused on maintaining visual consistency across interactive elements like buttons and response fields, with the intention of building click momentum. This UX principle relies on placing buttons in predictable spots so users instinctively know where to click next, significantly boosting funnel completion rates.
